Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering glasses online. I ordered glasses on March 30th and paid for express shipping, expecting them within 3-5 days because my old glasses broke. But day 5 came, then day 10, and they were still in production. Day 11 hit, and still no sign! These glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery as of now, nearly three weeks after ordering, and I have no glasses. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this company just doesn't seem to give a crap about their customers.
Customer: "I'm calling because I'm utterly frustrated. I ordered glasses on March 30th, paid for express shipping, and it's been nearly three weeks! My old glasses broke, I needed these, and they're still not here." CS Rep: "I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order for March 30th with express shipping. I apologize for the significant delay you've experienced. Let me check the latest status for you." Customer: "You already refunded my shipping on day 11, which was nice, but it doesn't change the fact I paid for 3-5 day delivery and it's day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! This is unacceptable." CS Rep: "You are absolutely right, and I sincerely apologize that we haven't met your expectations. The system shows your order is now finally out for delivery and should arrive within the next 24-48 hours. As an additional apology for the extreme inconvenience, I'd like to offer you a 25% refund on your order total." Customer: "A partial refund is something, but honestly, I just want my glasses. This entire process has been a nightmare."
