My Shopping Nightmare: Wrong Prescription & Ghosted by Support 😡
I'm writing this as a warning about my absolutely dreadful online shopping experience. To put it simply, they sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. After days of trying to get this fixed, I felt I had no choice but to keep trying until I could share my experience and hopefully get a resolution. Here is how that final, frustrating conversation went.
Customer: I am beyond frustrated. You sent me glasses with the wrong prescription, and they're making me physically sick. I have tried calling and emailing for days with absolutely no response!
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, and I sincerely apologize for both the error with your prescription and the unacceptable difficulty you've had reaching us.
Customer: "Sorry" doesn't fix the dizziness and nausea I've been dealing with. What are you actually going to do to fix this? I need these glasses for my job.
CS Rep: I completely understand. I am processing a priority remake for you right now with the correct prescription. I've just emailed you a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair, and we will expedite your new order at no extra charge.
Customer: Fine. But if this isn't resolved quickly and correctly this time, I'm done. This has been a nightmare.
CS Rep: I assure you, I will personally monitor your new order to ensure it is made perfectly and shipped out promptly. You have my commitment on that.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
...But This Experience Completely Restored My Faith! ✨
