My recent experience with glassesusa was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a stark warning. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days, a promise that clearly was not met. This blatant disregard for their own promises and their complete lack of human customer service—everything is automated, from their toll-free line to their live chat bot—forced me to desperately seek a resolution and leave this review.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next day delivery, and my order clearly didn't arrive next day. Your website promised one thing, and I received an email saying it would take three business days. I want a refund for that delivery fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see here that your order was placed with expedited shipping. Let me look into the discrepancy for you. Customer: There's no discrepancy! Your site said "next day delivery," I paid for it, and then your email said 3 business days. It wasn't next day. It was delivered on the 24th after being ordered on the 18th. Refund my money for the shipping. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the misleading information regarding the delivery timeframe. I can confirm your order did not meet the next-day delivery standard you paid for. I will submit a request to our billing department for a full refund of your $19.95 shipping fee. This typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Customer: Good. And I've tried reaching customer service repeatedly via email and your automated phone system, with no human response until now. That's unacceptable. CS Rep: I am truly sorry for the difficulty you experienced reaching us. We are actively working on improving our customer support accessibility. You should see the shipping refund processed shortly.
