I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery" and hours later received an email saying my order would take 3 business days. What a joke! When I tried to resolve this, their automated systems—from the phone line to the live chat bot—were useless, and emails went unanswered. It was only by pretending to place a new order that I got to speak to a human, only to be dismissed when I asked for my refund. This is why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service, hoping for some resolution to this horrible experience.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order email clearly states it will take three business days. I want a refund for the next-day delivery fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me look into your order details. Our "next-day" eligibility refers to processing time, not guaranteed delivery. Customer: That's misleading! Your site said "eligible for next day delivery," implying I'd get it next day. It's a $19.95 fee for a service you haven't provided. I've tried live chat and email with no response. CS Rep: I apologize for any miscommunication regarding our delivery terms and the difficulty reaching us. While we cannot refund the expedited processing fee if the order has already entered production, I can escalate your concern to our billing department for review. Customer: Escalation for review isn't good enough. I paid for a service that was not delivered. I expect a full refund for that specific fee. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I hear your concern. Please provide your order number, and I will create a ticket for a detailed investigation by our billing team. They will contact you directly regarding the fee.
